Os BB Cream vieram para ficar e depois deles já vieram os seus sucessores (CC Cream, DD Cream, EE Cream) tanto para a pele, como para o cabelo.
Eu experimentei vários, gostei de alguns e detestei outros. 
Mas agora sinto que encontrei o the one. 
BB Creams came to stay and after them, a few others have come (CC Cream, DD Cream, EE Cream) both for skin and hair.
I tested several ones, liked a couple of them, hated the others.
Now I feel like I’ve found the one.

Quando a embalagem diz que ele é ”Perfect Hydrating”, não está a mentir. É mesmo. E por ser perfeitamente hidratante, não causa oleosidade. É o primeiro BB Cream que uso que não me deixa com um ar pastoso ao fim do dia. Tem SPF 30 e é perfeito para pessoas com tendência acneica, deixa a pele seca (no bom sentido), cobre pequenas imperfeições e dura o dia todo!
A única desvantagem é que apenas existem três tons disponíveis: o light, o medium e o dark, o que acaba por limitar um pouco a escolha. O meu tom fica entre o dark e o medium nesta altura do ano, mas ainda consigo usar o dark (daí a desvantagem, as pessoas com pele mais escura não têm um apropriado para o seu tom).
O preço não é dos mais simpáticos (PVP €28,80), mas o produto dura muito. Eu comprei o meu há um mês e ainda vai a metade.
Se ainda não descobriste o teu the one, sugiro que experimentes este. Se fores com eu, vai ser amor à primeira utilização!

When it says it is ”Perfect Hydrating” it’s not a lie. It truly is perfectly hydrating and doesn’t leave you oily throughout the day. It’s the first BB Cream I try that doesn’t leave me feeling ”pasty” at the end of the day. It has SPF 30 and it’s perfect for oily acne prone skin, it leaves your skin dry (in the good way), covers small imperfections and lasts the whole day!
The only disadvantage is that there only are 3 shades: dark, medium and light, which is a bad thing for people who are between shades. My shade is usually dark and in the winter is between dark and medium. That shows that people with darker skin color don’t really have an appropriate shade for them.
The price of it is not the most appealing one (€28,80 in Portugal), but the product lasts a really long time. I bought mine a month ago and only used half of it so far.
I highly recommend this BB Cream for oily sensitive skin people who still haven’t found their the one. If you are like me, it’ll be love at first use!

A Sephora lançou recentemente o Smart Liner e, apaixonada por maquilhagem/consumista profissional que sou, não descansei enquanto não experimentei. E agora venho-vos dar o meu feedback, que é ligeiramente controverso. 
Sephora recently launched their newest eyeliner, the Smart Liner, and the makeup lover/professional consumerist in me didn’t calm down until I got it. And now I’ll give you my feedback, which by the way is rather controversial.
A embalagem foi desenhada a pensar na comodidade, pois os dedos encaixam perfeitamente, dando uma certa firmeza e segurança quando se faz a linha. No entanto, eu continuo a preferir o formato ”lápis” dos liquid liners, porque esta embalagem, devido ao seu formato de encaixe na mão, acaba por não nos permitir fazer uma linha ao nosso gosto. É quase como se nós não tivéssemos escolha, quem decide como vai ficar a linha é o próprio liner!
The packaging was designed to fit your fingers perfectly, making it easier when it comes to creating the perfect line. But I’m not a big fan of it, I still prefer the good old pencil design of the liquid liners, because this packaging, due to its format, ends up not being practical to do your own makeup. It’s like you don’t have a choice, the liner decides how your line will end up like!
No que toca ao produto em si, a qualidade é bastante boa. A tinta é super preta e não é mate, mas também não é ultra brilhante, e a durabilidade é excelente (usei-o o dia todo, sem borrar nem ”apagar”). Demora alguns segundos a secar, o que requer algum cuidado para não estragar a linha logo após.
When it comes to the product itself, the quality is really good. The ink is super black and it isn’t mate, but it’s not ultra shiny either and it lasts all day without smudging. The only thing is, it takes a few seconds to dry out, so keep that in mind so you don’t ruin your beautiful line.
Um dos aspectos que mais me atrai ao comprar algum artigo é não saber se vou gostar ou não. Se fosse agora não voltava a comprar o Smart Liner, por dois motivos: para um produto da Sephora, que para mim é como se fosse marca branca, o preço é ligeiramente elevado (13,90€); a embalagem não me convenceu. Apesar do produto em si ser bastante bom, tenho vários liquid liners que rondam esse preço e têm muito mais vantagens.
One of the things I’m most attracted to when I buy something is not knowing whether I’ll like it or not. If it was today I wouldn’t buy the Smart Liner, for two reasons: for a Sephora product, that for me is like an unbranded product, the price is slightly elevated (13,90€); the packaging didn’t convince me. Although the product itself is really good, I have several liquid liners that do a better job for around the same price.

”Mas para que é que é necessária uma máscara diferente para os cílios inferiores?”. Por vários motivos:
  • Se usarmos a mesma máscara nos cílios inferiores que usamos nos superiores, o mais provável é que acabe tudo borrado; 
  • Tanto o aplicador como as cerdas têm um comprimento muito menor, facilitando o acesso a tooooodos os pelinhos criando aquele efeito de ”aranha”; 
  • Somos mulheres e mais um produto de maquilhagem nunca fez mal a ninguém!

”But why do you need a different mascara for the bottom lashes?”, you may ask. For several reasons: 
  • If you use the same mascara as you use on your upper lashes, you’ll most likely end up with a hot mess under your eyes; 
  • The applicator and the bristles are a lot shorter, which makes it easier to access those tiny tiny lashes and create that spider effect; 
  • We’re women and another makeup product never hurt anyone!

A embalagem é muito mais pequena do que as máscaras para os cílios superiores, mas a marca garante que contém produto suficiente para três meses. Eu tenho as pestanas longas, apesar de pouco definidas, e sempre que quero fazer um olho mais ”carregado”, para a noite por exemplo, recorro à máscara para conferir mais drama ao olhar.
The packaging is much smaller than your regular mascara, but the brand ensures us that this package gives us a 9-month supply. I have pretty long lashes, although roughly defined, and when I’m into making a ”bolder” eye, to go out at night for example, I always apply this mascara to give the eye a more dramatic effect.
Da primeira vez que a tentei retirar com desmaquilhante para os olhos não correu muito bem e no dia seguinte tinha autênticos olhos de panda. Foi então que fui ao site da marca e percebi que a máscara é para ser retirada com água morna, gentilmente pressionando os cílios, e o produto sai facilmente.
O produto pode ser adquirido nas perfumarias que vendem Clinique, como a Sephora e a Perfumes e Companhia.
The first time I tried to remove the mascara with my regular eye makeup remover, it didn’t go so well and I woke up the next day with total panda eyes. Then I went searching in the brand’s website and found out you’re supposed to gently press the lashes with warm water and it comes out with ease.
