Pode parecer cliché, mas para mim o ano começa efectivamente em Setembro. Não sei se é por ainda estar a estudar, mas aquela sensação que a maior parte das pessoas têm na passagem de ano, eu tenho no início das aulas.
É o começo de um novo ano cheio de coisas novas, amigos novos, novas experiências e… o melhor de tudo: material escolar novo! E o facto de andar na universidade não muda em nada o meu entusiasmo doentio ao entrar numa papelaria ou numa seção de material escolar. 
Este post é um bocado tardio para quem está no ensino básico/secundário, visto que as aulas começam esta semana, mas para quem anda na faculdade ainda vou bem a tempo :) 
It may seem cliché, but for me the year actually begins in September. Don’t know if it’s because I’m still in college, but the feeling that most people have in the new year, I have in the beginning of the school year.
It is the beginning of a year full of new things, new friends, new experiences and … best of all: new school supplies! And the fact that I go to the university doesn’t change my crazy enthusiasm when I walk in a stationary or a hall of school supplies.
This post is coming out a bit late for those still in primary/high school, since classes start this week, but for those in college I’m still on time :)

O iPad, ou qualquer outro tablet, é uma espécie de melhor-amigo-companheiro-de-estudo. Obviamente não é um material necessário para um estudante, mas dá imenso jeito. Nele eu tenho vários livros e PDFs, trabalhos e aplicações que tornam o meu estudo muito mais organizado. (post sobre isso mais tarde!)
O que acham desta série ”Back to school”? Tenho alguns tópicos para falar e se tiverem alguma sugestão é só deixar nos comentários :)

The iPad or any other tablet, is kind of a best-friend-study-buddy. Obviously it’s not a needed supply for a student, but it sure is a great help. On my iPad I have several books and PDFs, paper works and apps that make my study much more organized. (post on that later!)

Estas são as minhas compras desta semana. Um anel, duas pulseiras, um chapéu XL para a praia e umas wedges, tudo da Aldo. A loja está com óptimos descontos, especialmente para os acessórios (dois pelo preço de um). Fui ao freeport pela primeira vez na vida (yes, shame on me) o fim-de-semana passado e trouxe duas malas e um estojo para a faculdade da B&L e o meu perfume preferido para os dias de Verão, da Clarins. (sério, experimentem este perfume!)

These are my purchases of this week. One ring, two bracelets, a big hat to wear at the beach and a pair of wedges, all from Aldo. The shop has great discounts, especially for accessories (two for the price of one). I went to Freeport for the first time (yes, shame on me) last weekend and brought two purses and a pencil case from B&L and my favorite scent for summer days, by Clarins. (seriously, try this perfume!)

Esta semana fui à Zara em busca das sandálias pretas que não me saíam da cabeça, desde que as vi no site, e acabei por sair de lá com mais umas peças que adorei!
This week I went to Zara in search of the black sandals that I’ve been wanting since I saw them on the website, and ended up leaving there with a few more pieces that I loved!

Os calções azuis assentam super bem no corpo, são larguinhos e têm um tecido mais grosso, óptimo para usar também no Outono e na Primavera.
A saia de couro fake é lindaaaa e modela o corpo mesmo como eu gosto!

The blue shorts fit the body really well, they are a bit baggy and have a thicker fabric, which is great for midseasons.
The fake leather skirt is beautifuuuuul and shapes the body just the way I like it!

Trouxe também esta t-shirt que é bastante larga e tanto dá para usar com um look de praia, como de noite! E o preço também é óptimo (4.99€).

I also brought this t-shirt which is super wide and you can either dress it down or dress it up. And the price is also great (€ 4.99).

Agora, as desejadas…

Acabei por trazer também estas sandálias verdes (menta ? verde-água ? You decide) que além de serem confortáveis ficam lindas no pé, especialmente se estivermos bronzeadas.

I ended up bringing these green (mint? Aqua? You decide) sandals also that besides being comfortable look really nice on your feet, especially in the summer time when you’re tanned.

Quando estava a caminho da Pizzaria Lisboa, passei pela Diesel para ver as peças da nova colecção e acabei por me apaixonar por estas duas blusas.

When I was on my way to Pizzaria Lisboa, I passed the Diesel store to check out their new collection and I ended up falling in love with these two blouses.

A azul é bastante aberta no decote e nas costas, o que lhe dá um ar atrevido mas sem perder a classe, if you know what I mean… A blusa com o degradé é bastante larga e faz um efeito muito bonito no corpo!

The blue one is quite open in the neck and back, which gives it a naughty attitude but still being classy, if you know what I mean … The blouse with the degradé is quite large and makes a very nice effect on the body!

Sabem quando os lábios chegam a um ponto em que apetece pegar no ralador de queijo e acabar com a desgraça? Pois, eu ando nessa fase.
No outro dia fui à Perfumes e Companhia, assim como quem se enganou na loja, e aproveitei os 20% de desconto para levar comigo um hidratante para os lábios que queria há algum tempo.

The other day I passed by Perfumes e Companhia and bought this lip conditioner I’ve been wanting for a long time.

O batom não tem cor e deixa um ligeiro brilho (não daqueles que parece que lambemos a frigideira). Além de ser super-hiper-mega hidratante, ainda tem factor de protecção 15.

The lipstick is colorless and leaves a slight sheen (not like you’ve licked the pan). Besides being super-hyper-mega moisturizer, it still has SPF 15.

E não dói nada a embalagem ser super elegante…

And it doesn’t hurt that the packaging is super fancy…

Dou por mim a procurar pelo batom várias vezes ao longo do dia e tenho notado uma diferença drástica desde que o comecei a usar. Nunca vou dormir sem passar quilos e quilos pelos lábios… No dia seguinte acordo com eles completamente renovados!

I find myself reaching for this lipstick several times during the day and I’ve noticed a huge difference since I’ve been using it. I always apply a million layers before I go to sleep… I wake up with completely renovated lips on the next day!
